Founded in 2003, the company is headed by award-winning cake designer and creative director Peggy Porschen and her husband Bryn Morrow, managing director, who previously worked as a chef for Gordon Ramsay, the Savoy Hotel and Rhubarb Food Design. Together with their talented team of pastry chefs and sugarcraft artists they work from a beautiful cake studio & purpose-built kitchen in Battersea, London.
