For those wishing to complete the Peggy Porschen Grand Diploma of Professional Cake Design & Sugar Craft to kick start a career in cakes, Peggy has created a comprehensive curriculum which takes students through a series of consecutive baking and cake decorating courses. Here students will cover everything from the basics of baking, to show stopping icing and decorating techniques for wedding and celebration cakes. Each individual module spans several days providing in-depth training and hands-on tutorials, based on professional techniques used in Peggy’s kitchen. The Grand Diploma consists of the following five modules:

Hand Crafted Sugar Flowers
Tiered Wedding Cakes
Business of Wedding Cakes
Upon successful completion of each module students will receive a Diploma Module Certificate. Students who successfully complete the full diploma cycle will be awarded the PPA Grand Diploma of Professional Cake Design & Sugar Craft.
