Cake Care Instruction: Please transfer your cakes into the fridge as soon as possible. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture we recommend removing the cupcakes 20 to 30 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details check our Cake Care Instruction page.
Dietary & Allergen Advice: Contains GLUTEN(WHEAT), EGGS, MILK, SOYA, FISH (gelatine) and SULPHUR DIOXIDE. All our products are baked and prepared in our dedicated kitchen facilities, which also handle nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, fish gelatine and soya and may contain traces. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (decorations only: contain fish gelaine, food colour E120, bovine and shellac). [Food colours E102, E124 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Changes and Cancellations: if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:
Lead Time: Order by 12pm for next day delivery or collection.
Delivery & Shipping: Orders can be collected from our Parlour locations in Belgravia or Chelsea. Alternatively, we deliver cakes by courier to selected postcodes in SW, W, WC and NW for an additional charge. Simply choose an available date and time slot during checkout.
