This summer's floral crush has to be our latest layer cake masked in 'Peggy Pink' and adorned with a crown of beautiful berries and picturesque petals. Vanilla chiffon sponge is infused with elderflower syrup before being layered with elderflower buttercream, crushed berries and summer berry compote. Artfully finished with a ring of summer berries, edible petals and raspberry crunch.
The cake shown on the image is a 6 inch.
This cake will be supplied on a silver cake board. Upon request an ivory iced board with a personal message can be added.

Please note that the edible flowers will be freshly arranged on your cake prior to collection or delivery. They are very delicate and need to be refrigerated. At room temperate the flowers will start to wilt after approx. 1 hour.
