Phase One Opening

Guests to the brand new Chelsea Parlour can now select from the exquisite Café Menu of sweet treats and drinks, with full Savoury Menu launching spring/summer 2019.

Step through the seasonally adorned arches of Peggy Porschen Chelsea and into a dreamy world in which to relax and enjoy exquisite tastes. From morning coffee and freshly baked cake in the Café and pretty ‘all day dining’ in the Salon (full savoury menu launching summer 2019), through to evening drinks in the Pink Peony Bar, seasonally inspired menus spread out across two floors of rooms, each with a unique sweet and savoury offering.

The Café

Explore the beating heart of the Parlour with its beautifully engineered, five metre long, glass patisserie counter displaying freshly baked selections from the classic and seasonal collections.

Visit the reception desk to dine in and take a seat at one of the specially commissioned pink terrazzo tables, situated under high ceilings and whimsical pendant lighting, and set amongst a pastel colour palette of soft green, pink and blue.

Food remains the hero throughout Peggy Porschen Chelsea and customers can pick from the extensive Cake Menu of sweet treats.

To refresh, the carefully curated Drinks Menu includes everything from Peggy’s bespoke blend tea infusions, coffees and signature hot chocolate to expertly mixed seasonal cocktails from The Pink Peony Bar.

Catch a glimpse of one of Peggy’s resident cake artists at work by keeping an eye on the ‘chef’s station’ and witness award-winning sugarcraft and decoration techniques.

For baking inspiration, a luxury gift or a souvenir,

peruse Peggy’s most recent baking title Cakes in Bloom, as well as confectionary and bakeware displayed in the retail area of the Café.

Seating area available for walk-ins (capacity 10 people).
