Description: Elevate the traditional strawberries & cream experience, with Peggy's take on the classic Eton Mess. Far from messy, this cupcake comprises an elegant vanilla buttermilk sponge, filled with strawberry puree and topped with a vanilla cream cheese frosting, strawberry sauce, fresh strawberry, a mini meringue kiss, a tennis ball and Peggy pink tennis racket. Sprinkled with petal confetti. That's game, set and match. 

Please note that all our products are handmade and slight variations in appearance may occur.  We recommend placing your order for the day of consumption, to ensure your  decorations look their absolute best and the cakes taste as fresh as possible.   

Cake Care Instruction: Please transfer your cakes into the fridge as soon as possible. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture we recommend removing the cupcakes 20 to 30 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details check our Cake Care Instruction page.

Dietary & Allergen Advice: Contains GLUTEN(WHEAT), EGG and MILK. Made in a kitchen that handles celery, gluten, egg, fish, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya and sulphur dioxide. Due to the risk of cross contamination we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. The petal confetti may contain Pollen so may not be suitable for hayfever sufferers. Changes and Cancellations: if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection: 

• For cupcakes, 6-inch layer cakes and cream cakes: 48 hours (by noon)
• For 8-inch and 2 tier cakes: 72 hours (by noon)
• Personalised plaques: 24 hours (by noon)

Lead time: 48 hrs (order by noon)

Delivery & Collection: Orders can be collected from our Parlour location in Belgravia . Simply select a date and time for collection during check out and our chefs will prepare your order accordingly.
