CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cake 60 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge or buttercream still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. SIZE & SERVING: The cake shown is 6 inches (15 cm) and serves 10 to 12 slices. Please note the images shown on this page may not be reflective of the cake size you are ordering and decorations will be amended accordingly.
