We accept reservations for our Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea Experiences only. For brunch, coffee and cakes from our All Day menu, please use our walk-in service.
BOOKING POLICY
Thank you for booking a Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea Experience at the Peggy Porschen Parlour, we can't wait to see you. Please be advised of the following booking terms:
Standard Tables

Our standard table sizes are available for up to 6 guests.

The table is yours for 1.5 hrs starting from the time of your reservation slot.

We hold tables for up to 15 minutes. If running late, please call 020 7730 1316 ext. 1 and leave a short message. We will hold your table for as long as possible. However, should you be later than 15 minutes late, your table may be allocated to other guests; in this instance, we will do our best to accommodate you upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee this.

Valid credit card details are required to secure your booking and protect us from last minute cancellations and no-shows.

We do NOT take a deposit or advance payment for standard tables. Any changes or cancellations should be made no later than 24hrs before your booking (via the link on your Sevenrooms confirmation email). Late cancellations and no shows will incur fees of £20 per person.

You will be charged a £20 cancellation fee per person if you change your mind upon arrival and no longer wish to have your pre-booked Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea Experience. Any additional items ordered will be charged on top of the cancellation fee. For example, if ordering a cupcake and coffee, you will be charged for the cupcake and coffee, plus the £20 cancellation fee.

Group Bookings

The largest table size available is for up to 10 guests, which is located in a room just off the main Parlour area.

The table is yours for 1.5 hrs starting from the time of the reservation slot.

Please note that we don’t have a private room; all areas may be accessed by staff or other customers.

It is not possible to combine smaller tables with a large group booking.

To confirm a large group booking, we require an upfront deposit of £20 per person.

A 7-day cancellation period for group bookings is required to allow enough time to refill unsold seats.

Changes or cancellations should be made via the link on your Sevenrooms confirmation email to avoid any fees.

If cancelling a group booking past the 7-day cut-off point, the deposit is non-refundable.

About our bookable menus and experiences:

Our chefs prepare the number of Morning Teas or Afternoon Teas the table has been booked for.

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, the entire party is required to order the same experience, with the exception of small children up to 4 yrs.

We offer a Little Afternoon Tea menu for children under the age of 12.

Each menu is designed for one person only and cannot be shared.
Dietary requirements:

It is essential to advise us about special dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking.

Our chefs order ingredients and prepare menus specifically to match the Sevenrooms booking. Dietary requirements or preferences requested on the day, may not be able to be accommodated.

Whilst we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy-friendly options, we may not be able to accommodate all types of dietary requests.

Due to a risk of cross contamination, we advise that our menus are not suitable for customers with food allergies. Each of our menus contains a detailed allergen guide which can be found here: Menus
Prices & Fees:

Menus and prices change seasonally and may differ on the day of your visit from those at the time of booking.

It is customary in the UK for cafes and restaurants with table service to add a 12.5% Service Charge to the bill. 100% of the service charge goes to our dedicated, hard-working team of chefs, waiters and kitchen porters who look after you on the day of your visit. This charge is discretionary and you can ask for it to be removed before paying the bill.

There is a significant amount of work that takes place behind the scenes to ensure our menu experiences are exceptional. For example, our chefs will schedule the team, order the ingredients and freshly prepare your pre-booked menu prior to your visit. If, upon arrival, you change your mind and would like to order from the All Day menu instead of the pre-booked experience, we will charge a £20 compensation fee per person in addition to the alternative menu items ordered.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee of £20 per person which will be applied to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
