THE PEGGY PORSCHEN STORY:

Founded in 2003, the company is headed by award-winning cake designer and author Peggy Porschen and her husband Bryn Morrow. Leading her talented team of pastry chefs and sugar-craft artists, Peggy is passionate about creating edible works of art for everyday indulgence, as well as special occasions including christenings, baby showers, birthday parties, celebrations and corporate events.  

Since 2010, the Peggy Porschen Parlour in London's Belgravia has been offering visitors the chance to step through its beautiful fairytale pastel pink doors into a world of freshly baked delights. With captivating floral installations that change with the seasons, every day from 8am to 8pm guests can indulge in a mouth watering range of ready-to-eat cakes, cookies and drinks, browse a selection of edible treats and gifts, and also peruse Peggy's own range of professional baking equipment.  

 Student notice:
As of 1st January 2019, the Peggy Porschen Academy is taking a sabbatical from its existing programme of masterclasses and Diploma modules in its current format. We immensely enjoy working with so many talented and wonderful students and look forward to sharing more news regarding our future offerings (and location!) soon.
