All our products are baked and prepared in kitchen facilities which handle CELERY, GLUTEN, CRUSTACEANS, EGG, FISH, MILK, MUSTARD, TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME SEEDS, SOYA and SULPHUR DIOXIDE. The guide should be checked carefully and regularly should have any concerns.
CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please transfer your cakes into the fridge as soon as possible. We recommend removing the cupcakes 20 to 30 minutes before (subject to room temperature) for maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture. If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details, check our Cake Care Instruction page.
