DESCRIPTION: Take heart this Valentine's Day. Peggy's petit gateaux features winning flavours of strawberry and vanilla and is perfectly made for two. A miniature heart shaped vanilla cloud sponge is layered with strawberry jam and vanilla meringue buttercream before being expertly finished with blush pink buttercream scrolls and hot pink rose buds. Please note that all our products are handmade and slight variations in appearance may occur.

CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cake 60 to 90 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If the buttercream or cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. SIZE & SERVING: The cake shown is 4 inches (10 cm) and serves 2 portions.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require 48 hrs notice period before collection. Any changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to hello@peggyporschen.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds thereafter.
