Good to Know

• The Parlour has a cosy cafe layout with a take away cake counter at its centre
• Reservations for Parlour Experiences can be made for indoor tables. During nice weather, tables on the terrace can be requested and are subject to availability
• Remaining indoor tables and well as tables on the terrace are available for walk-in customers. Warm blankets will be provided during cold weather
• During peak-times, for example on weekends, the Parlour can get very busy and we operate a queuing system outside, allowing our team to manage waiting times, guest flow, reservations and take away customers whilst ensuring a safe and smooth service for our customers dining indoors
• A limited number of high chairs for small children is available, however we may not always be able to accomodate storage for prams or luggage
• Due to our cosy cafe layout dogs are only permitted on the outdoor terrace with the exception of guide and therapy dogs. We operate a 'paws on the floor' policy
• Our Parlour has become a popular photography spot and we ask customers wishing to take photos or use cameras to respect the privacy of other diners
