CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please transfer your cakes into the fridge as soon as possible. We recommend removing the cupcakes 20 to 30 minutes before (subject to room temperature) for maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture. If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details, check our Cake Care Instruction page.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection: 

• For cupcakes and 6-inch cakes: 48 hours (by noon)
• For 8-inch and 2 tier cakes: 72 hours (by noon)
• Personalised plaques: 24 hours (by noon)

LEAD TIME: Order by 12pm for next day delivery or collection.

COLLECTION: Orders can be collected from our Parlour location in Belgravia. Simply choose an available date and time slot during checkout and our team will have your order ready for your arrival.
