Accessibility Information

Here at Peggy Porschen, we are very proud of our two icing-sugar pink Parlours in the heart of London’s chicest neighbourhoods: Peggy Porschen Belgravia and Peggy Porschen Chelsea.

We are committed to making our locations as accessible as possible alongside detailed information to help plan your visit.

To help decide which location to choose, read on for our ‘Good to Know’ Parlour guide and accessibility details in association with Sociability.app

Peggy Porschen Belgravia
Good to Know

Ambience:

Belgravia is our original, boutique location, which opened in 2010.  Due to its intimate size, the Parlour has a lively, cafe-like atmosphere with limited internal seating.

This is the perfect spot for coffee & cakes or to enjoy our breakfast, brunch or light lunch menus.  We also offer our Afternoon Tea experience for customers wishing to soak up the atmosphere of our original beauty spot.

We offer a small wine menu, which includes champagne and prosecco options.

On a hot day, Belgravia offers a cool retreat with air conditioning.

Located on the busy street corner of Belgravia’s Ebury and Elizabeth Street, the more intimate of our two Parlours works around a busy thoroughfare of customers visiting for both eat-in and takeaway (located by the entrance).

As Belgravia is our original location it can attract many customers wishing to take photography or videography on cameras and smartphones.

Celebrations:

If you are dining with us and would like to celebrate with a cake for your table, please contact hello@peggyporschen.com at least 48-hours in advance and we would be delighted to arrange. Please note, we do not permit external food and beverage items (including birthday cakes) to be consumed on our premises.

Accessibility:

Due to its boutique size and Grade 2 listing, our Belgravia Parlour does not offer an accessible WC and all bathrooms are located on the lower ground floor, with narrow step access. Nor does it offer baby changing facilities or high chairs.

There are two steps leading into the main door (for which a ramp is available on request).

Peggy Porschen Chelsea
Good to Know

Ambience:

Peggy Porschen Chelsea is our flagship Parlour, which opened in March 2019.  Here, we have a much larger internal dining space as well as additional lower ground floor seating in the Chelsea Rose Room, which is available for private hire. Designed as 'the Peggy Porschen Home', our Chelsea Parlour boasts many interior design features, from the five-metre-long patisserie counter to our signed @kerriehessillustration floral wall mural artwork.

Guests at Chelsea can enjoy our full menu offering, alongside a growing selection of wines, spirits and cocktails.

Air conditioning units keep the Parlour comfortable on a hot day.

We like to think of Chelsea as the 'grown-up sibling' to Belgravia.

Celebrations:

If you are dining with us and would like to celebrate with a cake for your table, please contact hello@peggyporschen.com at least 48-hours in advance and we would be delighted to arrange. Accessibility:

We have an accessible WC at our Chelsea Parlour, which includes baby changing facilities.  Highchairs are available on request and subject to availability.

Access is at street level, which leads into our main cafe area.

Private Dining Room access is only available via a staircase.
