Table Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for making a reservation at Peggy Porschen Belgravia, we can't wait to see you. 

Our team will do its best to maximise your time with us and so that we can ensure you get the best out of your booking, please be advised of the following:

  • Should your plans change, please let us know 24-hours before your reservation time.
  • We are able to hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes to accommodate late arrival; during busy periods your table will be released to waiting customers after this time. Should you arrive later than the 15 minute grace period and your table has been allocated to other guests, we will do our utmost to accommodate you upon arrival.
  • During peak times, your table is yours for an allotted time in order for our team to manage waiting times. This time begins at the original time of your booking and we cannot always factor in extra time for any late arrival.
  • We request card details to secure the reservation and protect our operational practice from no-shows. Please note that we do NOT use your card details to take a deposit or advance payment and request full payment on the day of your visit. 
  • We ask that any cancellation of your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior to avoid any fees. 

Table Bookings & Menus

We operate a "first come, first serve" walk-in policy for our All Day, Cakes and Drinks menus. Your table duration will be advised on arrival in accordance with party size and time/day. 

While we always welcome walk-ins where possible, we highly recommend that bookings for Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea are reserved in advance. Our menus are served during the following hours:

Morning Tea - until 14:00

Afternoon Tea - from 12:00 to 16:30

All Day Menu - until 16:30

Cakes & Seasonal Specials - all day while stocks last

Drinks - all day

Reservation Policy

We accept reservations for our Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea menus only. 

Our chefs will prepare the amount of servings the table has been booked for and the entire party is required to order from either the Morning Tea or the Afternoon Tea menu to ensure a smooth and efficient service (subject to your booking). Each menu is designed for one adult only and cannot be shared.  We offer a children’s Lunch and Afternoon Tea menu for under 12s. 

If a customer changes their mind upon arrival and wishes to order from a different menu, they are required to pay a £20 menu cancellation fee. This is charged per person and it is a non-transferable payment.  Alternative menu items ordered will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy 

To avoid any fees, cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior via the instructions on your reservation confirmation email. 

Late Cancellation (Less than 24hrs notice) and No-Show

In order to maintain consistently high standards of operation, late cancellations (less than 24hrs prior) or no-shows will be subject to a fee of £20 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file. This fee also applies If you change your mind upon arrival and wish to order from a different menu. Additional items will be charged on top of the menu cancellation fee.
