Table Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for making a reservation at our flagship Chelsea Parlour, we can't wait to see you. Our team will do its best to maximise your time with us and so that we can ensure you get the best out of your booking, please be advised of the following:

  • Should your plans change, please let us know 24-hours before your reservation time.
  • We are able to hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes to accommodate late arrival; during busy periods your table will be released to waiting customers after this time.
  • During peak times, your table is yours for an allotted time in order for our team to manage waiting times. This time begins at the original time of your booking and we cannot always factor in extra time for any late arrival.
  • To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service, we request card details to secure the reservation and protect our operational practice from no-shows. We ask that any cancellation of your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior.

    Table Booking

    At our flagship Chelsea Parlour we operate a "first come, first serve" walk-in policy for our cafe tables, and accept advance reservations for our breakfast, brunch, lunch and all-day menus. Table duration will be advised on arrival in accordance with party size and time/day. The last reservation for lunch is at 2pm.

    Afternoon Tea tables may be booked from 1pm - 4.30pm Monday to Sunday. Tables are available for a maximum of 1.5 hours during peak times. Afternoon tea option is available to be booked until 30 hours ahead of the time of the visit.

    BOOKING FOR AFTERNOON TEA AT CHELSEA

    Reservation Policy

    • If a table has been booked for Afternoon Tea, our chefs will prepare the amount of afternoon tea servings the table has been booked for and the entire party is required to order from the Afternoon Tea menu. 
    • The Afternoon Tea menu is designed for one adult only and cannot be shared. 
    • We offer a children’s afternoon tea menu for under 12s. 
    • If a customer changes their mind upon arrival and wishes to order from a different menu, they are required to pay 50% of the pre-booked afternoon tea menu price. This is charged per person and it is a non-transferable payment.  Alternative menu items ordered will be charged in full. 

    Dietary Requirements

    We now offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-friendly and under 12s Afternoon Tea menus. 

    Due to our kitchen layout and capacity we are currently unable to fulfill requests beyond our available menus. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us at least 48-hours ahead of your reservation and we will advise on an individual basis.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    We ask that any cancellation of your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. Cancellations can be made directly by you on our online booking system, following the instructions on your email confirmation. 

    Late Cancellation (Less than 24hrs notice)

    In order to maintain consistently high standards of operation, late cancellations (less than 24hrs prior) will be subject to a fee of £15.00 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

    Afternoon Tea No-Show 

    Our dedicated Afternoon Tea chefs take great care in preparing finger sandwiches, scones and pastries prior to your arrival. In the event of a no-show, you will be subject to 50% of the Afternoon Tea menu price (per person) which will be charged to the credit card on file.
